Graduated from the University of Alberta, majored in Drama. She has multiple years of experience as stage manager. Her representative works are "The Last Day of Judas Iscariot", "A View from the Bridge", "Haunted House". She got violin training since she was 5, and she got level 9 violin certificate which confirmed by the Chinese Violin Association.
Mr. Xu has taught at the Portuguese School of Macau for more than five years and has served as the leader of the Chinese team. He has a bachelor's degree in normal education and a master degree in economics.
Karin Bubaš, born in 1976 in North Vancouver, is a photographer who lives and works in Vancouver, B.C. She studied at the Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design and graduated in 1998. Bubaš has exhibited nationally and internationally, most notably in Paris, Brussels and Washington D.C. Exhibitions have included Karin Bubaš; A Short History of Subjects and Objects at the Canadian Cultural Centre in Paris and With Friends Like These… at the Charles H. Scott Gallery in Vancouver. Her work has also been included in numerous publications, such as Canadian Art, Prefix Photo, Grantland Quarterly, In Touch Magazine, and The Walrus as well as featured on several blogs including Radar Online, E! News, Teen Vogue, and the NY Times Style Section.
Peg Keenleyside is a writer/director and independent theatre producer with credits in both professional and community theatre. She has also worked across Canada as an actor and is a member of the Canadian Actors Equity Association (CAEA) and the film and TV performers union UBCP/ACTRA.
A graduate of the University of Alberta and the Banff Centre of Fine Arts, Alberta, she trained in the playwrighting practice called Collective Creation as well as traditional forms of theatre.
She has taught in many cities in the United States and Canada. She has taught hundreds of students and has rich teaching experience. In 2016, she was rated as an outstanding teacher by the Pittsburgh Chinese School. She is currently the dean of the teaching department. Selina's class is humorous and lively, rich and interesting, and makes good use of games and stories to stimulate interest in learning so that children can dare to speak and write in a short time. She values the development of students' learning habits, laying a solid foundation for future learning.
Emily Sun has been dancing for over 10 years and has travelled all over North America competing various competitions, including Hip Hop International and World of Dance. In 2014, Emily and her crew Freshh 2.0 achieved gold at the World Champions for Hip Hop International, earning the title of Junior Gold Medalists.In 2018, Emily and her crew Freshh appeared on NBC’s World of Dance Season 2, where they danced twice, making it to the duels. In 2020, she appeared again on World of Dance Season 4 with her crew GRVMNT, where they advanced to the Semi-Finals. Emily has been teaching classes for all ages in a variety of locations and studios and will continue to contribute her skills to inspire others.
